These reports are presented in a prose form. They give a very brief account of the changes, on an annual basis, of the college. These reports are composed of the following sections: (1) A very brief report by the President of the Board of Trustees (2) a financial report; and (3) a list of students and their county of origin.

These catalogs are similar to other college catalogs. They include the academic calendar, and introduction to the college, academic information, a list of major fields of study the college offers and a description and list of all courses offered. The college is a two year college and opened in September, 1969.

This series contains those publications released by the College to explain various aspects of the institution that tend to set it apart from all others or which might influence some college bound high school senior to choose Columbus College as his future alma mater. In some instances, these publications duplicate or are closely related to those found in Series 84. The titles are self-explanatory and are listed below.

This series consists of photocopies of the Muscogee County School Board Meeting Minutes and photocopies of a card index to the Minutes. It also includes a copy of a speech on the historical development of Columbus College by the Muscogee County School Superintendent (1946 - 1973), William Henry Shaw, at the opening of the permanent campus on January 6, 1963.

This series contains specifications, legal documents and correspondence pertaining to construction and maintenance projects instituted at the universities, colleges and junior colleges within the Georgia University System. The records document vividly the extent of the master development plans of the University System and the overwhelming importance of the University of Georgia in these plans.

This publication is composed of articles relating the results of research projects conducted at the Station. It is published quarterly in a magazine like format. The publication is designed mainly for county agricultural agents and other scientifically educated persons dealing in agricultural matters. The articles are brief and are presented in a scientific manner.

These calendars give a brief description of each of the above events, the name of the teacher or panel leader involved in the above event and the date of each. These are calendars of the events at the college for one month as distinguish them from archival calendars.

As is true of similar publications produced by virtually every academic institution, these general catalogs, sometimes called bulletins, contain information on the university and its predecessor institutions. Included are such things as admission requirements, academic regulations, lists of courses offered and lists of faculty members. Each volume is usually issued several times each academic year which explains the volume and item numbers.

These publications are sponsored by the School of Urban Life of the University as a method of disseminating as widely as possible the results of the studies the students in the School were engaged in. The Urban Life Program began at Georgia State University in 1968.

This is a newspaper which combines news notes concerning activities at the University and alumni notes. The news presented in the newspaper is of general interest to students, faculty, and friends interested in activities at the University.

These miscellaneous publications are related to many fields of study offered by the University. Most of the titles explain the content of the publications.

This series is published by the Bureau of Business and Economic Research of the School of Business Administration. The publications consist of studies relating to an economic or business development in Georgia or the southeastern United States which is reflected in the title of the research paper.

These bulletins contain a calendar for the coming year which shows the date of registration, when classes began and final examination for each quarter. The publication also includes a list of faculty members, a description of the school, a list of and description of the degrees and courses offered by the school.

This is the student newspaper at Georgia State University and contains only campus news much like any other university newspaper.

This publication is in the form of a newsletter and gives an account of all legislation introduced in the Georgia General Assembly affecting urban life. The publication is divided into two sections which are: (1) Urban Affairs and (2) Criminal Justice.

These reports are published in a prosaic form, and are composed of the following material: (1) report of the president, detailing the acquisition of new equipment, changes of faculty, type of fees school charges, need for new equipment, library books, etc. (2) list of student names, home town, and class; (3) amount of salary paid to each staff member: (4) list and amount of tuition of each student and (5) financial report.
