"The Georgia Professional Association Act": 1961

This series is composed of lists of funeral directors and embalmers registered with the board. The lists include the name and address of each, arranged alphabetically by name. The volumes also include Georgia laws relating to the regulation of the funeral service profession.

This series contains a Recovery Fund Claim Checklist citing the status of each claim for damages files against a duly licensed real estate broker, associate broker or salesperson, and the result of each claim. The commission is required by law to maintain a recovery fund from which to pay damage claims and the necessary supporting documentation to administer said fund. See Also: 6-5-27.

These rosters contain the names of the brokers and salesmen listed in alphabetical order, their address and the company for whom they worked. The early issues separated the brokers and salesmen and listed them by county.

These Medical Practice Acts are composed of extracts from the Georgia Code relating to the regulation of medical practice in Georgia. Other issues of this act can be found in Record Groups 6-10-98 and 6-10-99.

This publication is similar to Record Group 6-10-98 and Record Group 6-10-99 in that it is composed of a list of the names and business or residential addresses of all physicians registered to practice medicine in Georgia.

The Georgia Board of Naturopathic Examiners was created by the Act of February 15, 1950 and abolished by the Act of February 10, 1956.
