The collection contains Pope as well as Wilkes County, Georgia, Hill genealogy. Some of the notes are on letterhead for the Gate City National Bank in Atlanta on the corner of Alabama and Pryor Streets. Lodowick J. Hill was president; A. W. Hill, vice-president.
