This series contains original miscellaneous papers of the Justice of the Peace Court of Walton County. The papers are parts of civil and criminal case files including (1) Justice Court summonses, (2) garnishment bonds, (3) possessory and dispossessory warrants, (4) criminal warrants, (5) foreclosure mortgage Fi Fas and (6) oaths of office.
