This series contains a Recovery Fund Claim Checklist citing the status of each claim for damages files against a duly licensed real estate broker, associate broker or salesperson, and the result of each claim. The commission is required by law to maintain a recovery fund from which to pay damage claims and the necessary supporting documentation to administer said fund. See Also: 6-5-27.

Arrangement Note

The records are arranged by time span of considerable length and then numerically by case number, but in several sequences. For example, all the cases involving personnel of Barker, Lewis and Powell Realtors are filed in one sequence separate from the others. Furthermore, the numbering system for the cases changed completely at least once. These changes are indicated in the finding aid.
