These annual reports contain narrative and statistical information concerning the regulation of real estate brokers and salesmen. The statistical information gives the total number of brokers and salesmen registered in Georgia by year, the number applying for a license and the number obtaining a license by year. The narrative information gives an account of the Commission's activities for the previous year and usually recommends changes in either administrative procedures of the Commission or changes in the laws governing the Commission.
