This publication is composed of a list of names of physicians registered to practice in Georgia and their home or business address, The list is arranged alphabetically by the family name of the physician. The publication also contains extracts from the Georgia Code of the laws relating to the regulation of medical practice in Georgia. The board varied this publication in later years by including a list of physical therapists practicing in Georgia (see Record Group 6-10-99) and limiting the contents only to a list of physicians (see Record Group 6-10-100) and issuing a publication that included only the Medical Practice Act of Georgia (see Record Group 6-10-101).
