The Air Quality Control Section is a branch of the Environmental Protection Division of Dept. of Natural Resources. These monitoring files contain: 1) reports (usually in the form of correspondence) submitted by companies informing the Air Quality Control Section of measures taken to comply with air pollution control laws and regulations; 2) trip plans, report sheets, and action reports submitted by section staff members documenting the monitoring of company emissions to insure compliance and prepare for remedial action recommendations; 3) Source Particulate Emissions and other sampling test reports used in monitoring, and 4) supporting documents, including correspondence, plant facility photographs, newspaper clippings about pollution, and blueprints and constructions plans.
