The State Board for Children and Youth was legally constituted in July 1963 as a component of the Department of Family and Children Services. These minutes are a transcription of all actions taken and resolutions made by the Board. There are instances where the actual reports are recorded. These verbatim reports are loose and are boxed along with this series.
