This series is composed of a single bound volume containing the minutes of the court for the inclusive dates listed below. Information presented in this volume consists of civil and criminal complaints filed in the court and includes the (1) names of litigants, (2) date and term of court, (3) an enumeration of the amount of principal, interest and court costs involved (only in civil cases), (4) type of charge complained of and (5) judgement rendered. Most of the civil complaints involved property matters such as collection of small debts. The criminal charges include larceny from the house and gambling.
