These two newsletters are for all practical purposes the same item which changed names on August 2, 1972. Both publications contain accounts of the various projects under consideration by the U.S. Congress and at what general stage in the legislative process each was located. Researchers should be warned, however, that these publications do not contain as much specific detail as would a legislative calendar. The dates of the issues present are listed on the finding aid, but many are missing.
