This series contains correspondence, memorandums, activity analyses and supporting papers. These records are generated in the process involving the Governor, the Facilities Management Division and various state agencies whereby the Division attempts to analyse requests from all state agencies for budget appropriations for capital improvement projects. Consequently, this series is closely related to Series 22, Individual Capital Project Files under this Record Group and Sub - Group. Series 23 contains the analyses of the financial requests for capital improvements only while Series 22 contains the analyses of the architectural and engineering plans for the proposed projects.
