Issue dockets contain information which documents the claims of individuals against the property of other litigants. This series is composed of bound volumes of such dockets. Information includes: (1) date and term of court, (2) names of attorneys, (3) case number, (4) names of litigants, (5) type of charge complained of, (6) remarks, and (7) disposition of the case. Most of the criminal cases involved condemnation proceedings of automobiles and other vehicles seized as contraband. The charges complained of in civil cases include those for collecting on promissory notes and unpaid accounts, libels for divorce, actions in trover and mortgage foreclosures. Entries are arranged and listed by date and term of court.
