Bulloch County - Superior Court - General Execution Dockets
Scope and Contents
General execution dockets are used to document the execution of judgments in civil cases decided by the Superior, Justice and City courts (including a few cases from courts outside Bulloch County affecting residents from Bulloch County). Information presented in these bound volumes includes: (1) names of defendants and plaintiffs; (2) type of court in which judgment was obtained and case number, if given; (3) date of judgment; (4) date of execution; (5) an enumeration of the principal, interest, attorney's fees and court costs involved; (6) date the judgment was entered on the docket, and (7) remarks concerning payment, cancellation or failure to collect debt.

Each volume contains an index in which the defendants are listed in alphabetical order by the initial letter of their surname. The volumes are listed by their volume number and the date span in which the judgments were entered.
