This series is composed of bound volumes which document the criminal complaints filed in the Superior Court for the date span listed. These volumes provide information which includes: (1) names of parties involved; (2) names of plaintiff's witnesses and the date the subpoena was issued to them; (3) name of person who delivered subpoena (usually the Sheriff); (4) names of defendant's witnesses and the date the subpoena was issued to them; (5) name of person who delivered the subpoena, and (6) Sheriff's return and remarks. Occasionally the date of the term of court is listed.
