This series includes: (1) the original family planning program proposal for each year (2) agreements from participating organizations for compliance with civil rights regulations (Title VI) (3) information concerning the institution of each program (4) the purpose of the program (5) a statement regarding the proposed goals of the program (6) descriptions of various projects included in the program (7) personnel lists from the old Maternal and Infant Health Care office (8) statistical data and handbooks used to justify the need for the program and to see what was being done in the field all over Georgia. The dates in the shelf list below cover a considerable number of years including the period of the government reorganization of 1972 at which time the Physical Health Division was created.
