This schedule book was kept by the Superintendent of Public Printing as required by Georgia Law (see Georgia Laws, 1919, pp 269), and is a record, exhibiting in detail, the printing costs incurred by various departments, officers and boards. The Superintendent of Public Printing was responsible to three commissioners, one of whom was the Comptroller General. The following information for each entry is given: (1) order number, (2) date of requisition, (3) quantity, (4) a description of the item, (5) the company from which the item was ordered, (6) the cost.
