These records are filed for the most part chronologically by year and then alphabetically by subject. In some instances, however, there are included file folders indicating a specific type of record. Among these are: "Outgoing Correspondence" for various months and years, "Memorandums" filed by month, and folders filed under the Director's name by month and year. The boxing arrangement is somewhat haphazard, so it is important to check the dates included in each box carefully.
