Docketed in this volume are civil cases tried in the Inferior Court. Entries are arranged by term of court and then by case number. The information usually given for each case is: (1) case number, (2) names of the attorneys (but usually only the plaintiff's attorney is shown), (3) names of the plaintiff and defendant, (4) date service of the complaint on the defendant was issued, (5) how case was disposed of (e.q., settled, by judgment, dismissed etc.), (6) names of persons subpoenaed and the date, and (7) how the subpoena was served.
