This series contains the summary minutes of regular and called meetings of the Geological Advisory Board and the Commission of Forestry and Geological Development. There are bound volumes and some loose minutes. In most cases the loose papers are duplicated in the bound volumes. The minutes contain: (1) records of members present and reviews of financial expenditures, (2) personnel actions, (3) proposed projects, and (4) periodic reports of committees and of activities. The Commission minutes include some discussion of state parks, policy decisions and administration of federally funded forestry projects.
