This series consists of a bound volume which documents the FiFas (Fieri Facias) the Sheriff collects as a result of civil complaints filed in the various Justice and Superior Courts of the county for the inclusive dates listed below. Information presented in this volume includes (1) the name of the Superior or Justice Court (identified by its Georgia Militia District number) in which the case involving such FiFa originated, (2) date and term of court, (3) FiFa or case number,(4) names of litigants, (5) amount of principal and interest involved, (6) an enumeration of court costs, (7) a description of the property disposed of to satisfy FiFa, (8) an enumeration of incidental costs incurred to satisfy FiFa, such as cost of advertising sale, (9) date property was sold, the sale price received and final satisfaction of FiFa.
