This series is composed on a single volume documenting the civil and criminal complaints filed in the court for the inclusive dates listed below. The volume also includes documentation of business activities of the county such as court orders to county officials to settle county obligations to certain individuals and appointments of minor county officials, but there are no Grand Jury presentments as there are in RGSGSERIES 136-1-5, Minutes of the Superior Court. Information involving civil and criminal complaints presented in this volume includes: (1) date and term of court; (2) names of litigants (3) type of charge; (4) names of Grand or Petit Jurors, and (5) disposition of case. Some of the charges filed in civil cases include those of debt and assumpsit and in criminal cases assault and battery, malicious mischief and simple larceny.
