These minutes files contain the proceedings of the regular and special meetings of the Board of Regents in the original typescript form as well as additional notes and documents concerning meetings. See Series 2 for bound/finished minutes. Also included are attendance lists, copies of Executive Orders appointing Board members, Board and committee membership lists and resolutions indicating Board decisions. Documents other than the minutes proper also sometimes present include agendas for the Board and the various committees, synopses of decisions made by the Board and appointments. These files merely complement the bound minutes and cannot be interpreted to be more complete as far as content is concerned. Please note, that all these files dating previous to 1967 are not available.
