This series consists of documents relating to the administration of secondary vocational programs at the local level including budget preparation and monitoring expenditure and payroll information. The Division of Vocational Program Management, a unit of the Office of Vocational Education, provides direction, policies, and procedures for the . development and delivery of vocational education. It coordinates with local school systems and the federal government in all areas of vocational education, especially fiscal functions. As a part of this responsibility, the Division reviews grant applications, allocates grant funds, approves disbursement, and maintains payroll data records.

Areas covered by these papers involve: (A) the identification of programs, services, and activities implemented to fulfill the vocational education needs of students, (B) previous, existing, and projected total expenditures of local tax funds, (C) listings of teachers and enrollments, (D) program summaries, (E) plan for eliminating sexual bias, and (F) other topics relating to the administration of vocational education programs.
