Scope and Contents
These are published reports in prose and chart form to the Governor from the Board of Trustees of the University of Georgia, as required by law, containing the following information: (1) General description of overall school year, with mention of morale, deaths of students and faculty, overall health, number of graduate students, number of law students, and county agricultural extension service with summary of county agents' work in their respective crops or livestock. (2) List of Officers and Employees of the University of Georgia and Officials and Employees of the State College of Agriculture, with salaries. (3) List of students with home towns, listed by class -- graduate, senior, junior, sophomore, freshman, School of Law, School of Pharmacy, One Year Agriculture, Vocational Agriculture, and Students' Army and Navy Training Corps, etc. (4) Other charts summarizing registration by school within the University and by profession of parents, alumni, etc. (5) Statement of Treasurer, including maintenance funds, student fees, donations, trust funds, State College of Agriculture, Branch Colleges, and disbursements. (6) Recommendations - from Board of Visitors to the Board of University Trustees and from Board of Trustees to the Governor relating to overall policies and functions of the University, particularly finance, student housing, coeducation, State appropriation of funds, etc.
