This series eontains bound and unbound original papers which involve, but are not limited to: land processions, special liquor records, public school fund receipts, estate records, road work pay sheets, schedules of exempt property, road work pamphlets, pistol toters bonds, ordinary court matters, tax receipts, bank receipts, bond ballot slips, census records, voters lists, applications for relief, foreclosures, oaths and bonds, and wills. Although some of these records rightfully belong in already existing sub-groups, a special sub-group was created due to the fact that most of these records are miniscule in number or are filed regardless of office or origin. All the papers are parts of other matters and in some cases are merely fragments or estrays. The county offices found in this series are: Superior Court, Court of Ordinary, Justice Court, County Commissioners and Tax Collector. The papers are in general decay, uncleaned and in the same condition as when brought from the courthouse.
