This series contains a very brief newsletter apparently aimed at the personnel of the department, as is the case with Trend. Among subjects included for brief discussion are (1) Executive appointments to the boards of Corrections and Offender Rehabilitation, (2) initiations of various programs in the field, (3) supervisory personnel appointments and transfers, (4) board actions, (5) lists of promotions, (6) lists of vacancies, (7) lists of award recipients and (8) monthly statistics including convict population figures, escapes, recaptures and community rehabilitation center figures.
