This series consists of: (a) minutes of the first meeting of the Commission, giving a list of its members and a procedural outline, (b) minutes of the last meeting of the Commission, (c) drafts of parts of the final report of the Commission, (d) recommendations by sub committees of the Commission, and (e) the Commission's final report.

This final report to the Governor entitled "A Report of the Governor's Commission on Crime and Justice" was published in 1968. It gives the following: (1) Summary of Recommendations (2) Analysis of crime trends (3) Summary of trends in law enforcement (4) Analysis of problems of juvenile delinquency (5) Analysis of the conditions of courts, probation system, pardons, paroles and corrections and their effect on crime (6) Summary of problems of alcohol and dangerous drugs.
