Some examples of business culled from the minutes include (1) election of the officers within the Commission, (2) discussion of terms of the Lease Act, (3) presentation of duties and work of Attorney and Counsel, (4) procurement of map profiles, surveys, estimates and engineering data from the Nashville, Chattanooga & St. Louis Railway and (5) a duplicate o f the Lease Agreement between the Western & Atlantic Railroad and the Nashville, Chattanooga & St. Louis Railway. The Comnission ended its function with having to fulfill only two litigated encroachments and a few other minor encroachments and the supervision over the properties leased.
