These publications address themselves to the myriad administrative interests of the Department. For the publications which deal with the various specific functions of the Department, see the Divisional Record Groups, Game and Fish, RG 25, Parks and Historic Sites, RG 30, and Environmental Protection, RG 88. See also those agencies which preceded those mentioned above. For example, the Georgia Water Quality Control Board, a former subdivision of the Department of Public Health (RG 26), was the parent of the Environmental Protection Division.
