This series contains summary minutes of all meetings of the Council itself and its Executive Committee and supporting papers. These files document the activities of these bodies and the establishment of policies and procedures at the various meetings. Among the subjects discussed in the meetings are (1) financial reports, (2) resources persons and visitors, (3) area boards of governance, (4) recommended work programs, (5) public planning meetings, (6) vocational education week, (7) conventions and (8) an honors program for vocational students. Sometimes included in the supporting papers are (1) agendas for meetings, correspondence on subjects to be referred to the membership at meetings, (3) financial statements, (4) flow charts, (5) definitions of terms and (6) publications.
