This series contains correspondence, contracts, employee statistics, lists and union information, project reports, activity reports, guidelines, data concerning seminars, employee evaluation information, validations of operator's tests, Director's reading files and other records collected in the office of the Personnel Division Director. These records document all phases of operation of the Division including recruitment of manpower, monitoring the employee compensation and benefit programs, providing leadership to employee performance evaluation programs, employee training programs and employee development programs, continuing all employee relations programs, monitoring and assisting the enforcement of the Authority's Affirmative Action Program and assuming primary responsibility for labor relations matters.
