This series contains all documents relating to individual cases heard by the Georgia Supreme Court from 1917 to 1990. A typical file might include any or all of the following documents: (1) bills of exception, (2) writs of certiorari or error, (3) summons and (4) lower court documents presented to the Supreme Court as evidence. Those documents include full or partial transcripts of proceedings, complaints, judgments and other related documents.
