This series contains correspondence, memorandums, copies of legislation, procedures manuals and other records documenting the activities of the Georgia Records Management Officer, the head of the Records Management Division. The file folder listing in the finding aid indicates the varied role of the office including the very significant number of files on curriculums for records management in various colleges and universities throughout the nation. Many of the file folder labels would lead one to believe that these files were utilized more as reference rather than administrative files.
