This series contains minutes of infrequent meetings, correspondence and disposition standards and other exhibits. The summary minutes are very brief, rarely more than two pages in length. Among subjects discussed are methods of referral of applications for disposition standards to committee members, approval and review of specific disposition standards, progress of the Records Management Division and the opening of the State Records Center. The correspondence consists primarily of designations of proxies on the committee sent by various constitutional officers originally on the committee.
