This series contains three different types of annual reports produced by the Records Management Division covering the same time period. First is the report of annual records holdings which are statistical in format and, as the name implies, report on the number of records stored and serviced by the Division. Secondly, the Savings Registers report the savings to the State of Georgia realized by the surplusing and reassigning of filing equipment in all agencies of government. Thirdly, the Savings Annual Reports record the monetary savings to all state agencies resulting from the Records Management Program.
