Scope and Contents
This series consists of correspondence, memorandums, weekly activity reports, budgets, job descriptions, policy and procedures, trip reports, training schedules, and other related items concerning the activities of the Archives Division Director for Administration/Local Government Section. Due to reorganization within the Archives over the years, the State Records Management Officer position was eliminated and many of the job responsibilities transferred to Administration/Local Government Section. These records relate strongly to those of the State Records Management Officer because of this. For subject files of the State Records Management Officer, please see 4 - 8 - 33 (pre 1984) and 4 - 8 - 65 post 1983).
