This series contains original unbound papers involving, but not limited to: (1) Settlements (2) Tax executions (3) Correspondence (4) Commissions (5) Bills of cost (6) Bonds of administration (7) Petitions (8) Resignations (9) County Board minutes and (10) Grand jury presentments. Although some of these records rightfully belong in already existing sub groups, a special sub group was created due to the fact that most of these records are minuscule in number or are filed regardless of office or origin. All the papers are parts of other matters and in some cases are merely fragments or estrays. Some county offices found in this series are: Superior Court, Court of Ordinary and Tax Collector.
