This series contains: (1) correspondence; (2) memorandums; (3) press releases, (4) lists of Black state employees and legislators; (5) newsletters; (6) reports, some from state agencies outside Georgia; (7) publications from a wide variety of public and private agencies and organizations, and (8) other records documenting the activities of a special assistant to the Governor for Human Resources Department activities. The great emphasis of the content of this series is on minority rights and interests and the series contains a considerable amount of research data on the subject from around the nation.
