Scope and Contents
This series documents the development, operation and maintenance of industrial wastewater treatment facilities in Georgia.
Included are:
(1) original and revised construction permits (Form W.Q.1.3)
(2) monthly operating reports
(3) related technical and general correspondence.
All of these files are sometimes used by the Department of Public Health's attorneys in legal cases involving enforcement of the provisions of the Georgia Water Quality Control Act.
