This series contains documents relating to the coordination and evaluation of the Division's programs designed to insure proper development of new health programs, the improvement and modification of existing programs, and a comprehensive plan for program changes. Included are: (1) program narratives describing the need for the program or its modification, problem areas, problem goals, implementation mechanism, services to be provided and progress evaluation; (2) material concerning the funding of the program and application for funding grants from federal sources when applicable; (3) correspondence relating to program development; (5) related material.
