Scope and Contents
Execution dockets are used by the court to document the execution of judgments in civil cases. The bound volume comprising this series contains information that includes: (1) names of attorneys involved; (2) names of the parties involved; (3) an enumeration of the judgment and cost of the case including that of principal, interest and cost; (4) the date the execution was issued and entered on docket; (5) the disposition of the case; (6) the case number, and (7) date and term of court in which the case appeared.
