Arrangement Note
The files are arranged alphabetically by county and then alphabetically by name of facility and then by date. Please note that the date span covered by these records is a particularly lengthy one and actually spans the Georgia Government Reorganization of 1972. The records, however, were not broken at that time and hence are found here in one series.
