Scope and Contents
General execution dockets are used to document the execution of judgments in civil cases decided by the Superior Court and Justice Courts. A single case is entered into two dockets: one by name of the plaintiff and one by the name of the defendant. The information included for each case is: (1) the names of the plaintiff and defendant, (2) the court in which case was settled (Superior or Justice), (3) the date of judgement, (4) the date of execution, (5) the amount of money involved, (6) the date the results of case was entered on docket and (7) remarks.
