Scope and Contents
Appearance dockets are used to record civil complaints filed with the court so that the court can document the disposition of the case either by (a) transferring it to the issue docket for trial, (b) dismissing it, or (c) transferring it to the jurisdiction of another court. For each case the following information is given: (1) names of attorneys involved, (names of plaintiff and defendant, (3) type of case involved, (4) disposition of case, (5) entries and (6) term of court.
