Information contained in this volume includes: (1) date and term of court (often not given); (2) names of attorneys involved; (3) names of parties to action; (4) charges made by plaintiffs; (5) an enumeration of Clerk's costs; (6) an enumeration of Sheriff's costs (usually not given); (7) witness fees (rarely given); (8) remarks, and (9) a description of court receipts. The charges complained of include those concerning promissory notes, mortgage foreclosures and other damages.
