Information presented in this volume includes: (1) the date and term of court; (2) case number; (3) names of parties involved; (4) type of complaint charged, and (5) disposition of case. The type of charges filed were mostly those involving property such as debt, assumpsit (that is, an assumption of ownership of a form of property), case number, complaint (that is, a petitioner in an equity suit) and attachment.
