Execution dockets are used by the court to document the execution of judgments in civil cases. This series is composed of a bound volume which provides documentation for the civil complaints filed in the court for the inclusive dates listed. Information presented in this volume includes: (1) names of attorneys; (2) names of litigants; (3) an enumeration of the principal, interest, court costs, sheriff's costs, judge's costs, and attorney's fees involved; (4) date of disposition of case; (5) date and term of court, (often not given), and (6) case number (often not given).

Entries are arranged and listed in chronological order by date of when the complaint was disposed of (that is, delivered to sheriff). The volume contains an index in which the names of plaintiffs are listed in alphabetical order by the initial letter of their surname. The index often gives both the case number and page number.
