This series is composed of a bound volume which documents the orders drawn on the County Treasurer for the inclusive date span listed. Information presented in this volume includes: (1) date order was issued; (2) name of person or officer (usually the Probate Judge) who issued order; (3) name of recipient of order; (4) name of account on which the order was issued; (5) the amount of money involved; (6) date order was registered; (7) date paid; (8) name of person to whom paid; (9) amount paid; (10) Treasurer's voucher number, and (11) remarks. Accounts for which the orders were issued included those of General Funds that were used for capital improvements of county property, for support of paupers and to pay members of juries.
