This series contains the monthly minutes of the Board of Industry and Trade in summary form as well as the agendas, committee reports and exhibits which the Board membership desired be included in the text of the minutes. Besides these documents, the series includes copies of form letters sent to the Board members by the Executive Director announcing meetings and recommending items for their consideration, copies of letters sent from one Board member to another, copies of letters sent by the Executive Director to State legislators recommending pertinent legislation, and letters sent to the Executive Director by Board members designating proxies or regretting their inability to attend meetings.
